In order to successfully deliver a license...

Windows Media Player 9 or 10 are required, however lots of people have been having trouble with it. Probably due to  tighter “security settings”

ActiveX and scripting enabled – JavaScript for navigation, ActiveX for handling the license delivery.

Cookies enabled - the license server checks for a members cookie before delivery

This is for Internet Explorer even if you use another browser as your default browser.
The license acquisition “pop up” is a mini Internet Explorer window.

WRITE DOWN YOUR ORIGINAL SETTINGS FIRST!!!!

Under Control Panel, Internet Options, Security, Internet, Custom, what do you have set and enabled?

It should be at most Medium,

Under Acive X controls and Plugins,
Prompt, Disable, Disable, Enable, Enable
Under Downloads,
Enable, Enable
Under Microsoft VM,
High Safety
Under Misc,
Disable, Enable, Prompt, Disable, Enable, Prompt, Prompt, Enable, Medium Safety, Enable, Enable
Scripting,
All 3 Enabled
User Authentication is AutoLogon

Scripting. ActiveX and Cookies are the most important and reboot if necessary.

If problems persist contact Microsoft support.

Each DRM has equivalent MPEG videos for compatibility reasons.
